More About Little Tigers Youth Basketball Season
The Little Tigers Basketball season runs from October through November and is open to all students enrolled in the Edwardsville School District from Kindergarten to 6th grade. Here’s what you can expect:
Divisions:
- Kindergarten - 2nd Grade: Players participate in the Bitty Baller League, hosted by The Bridge Sportsplex. This program focuses on foundational skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting in a fun and engaging environment.
- 3rd - 6th Grade: Teams compete in the Metro East Youth Basketball League, hosted by Troy Little Knights. Players are introduced to competitive gameplay, strategy, and advanced skills.
Practice & Game Schedules:
- Practice: All grades practice twice per week for an hour. Sessions are designed to maximize learning and ensure players have plenty of opportunities to improve.
- Games: Games are held on weekends, offering players the chance to put their skills into action and experience the excitement of team competition.

- All skill levels are welcome! Whether your child is picking up a basketball for the first time or has experience on other youth basketball teams , our program is designed to meet them where they are and help them grow.
