What Our Sessions Include
Our Group Skills Training sessions cover all the essential aspects of basketball. Athletes can expect:
- Shooting and Finishing: Learn the techniques needed for accuracy, consistency, and confidence when taking shots.
- Ball Handling: Improve dribbling skills, ball control, and decision-making under pressure.
- Passing: Master chest passes, bounce passes, and overhead passes with precision and speed.
- Offensive Moves: Develop moves like crossovers, spin moves, and step-backs to outmaneuver defenders.
- Defense: Learn to stay in front of opponents, anticipate plays, and become a lockdown defender.
- Rebounding: Improve positioning, timing, and hustle to secure the ball for your team.

Through consistent repetition and expert guidance, athletes at The Bridge Sportsplex will build strong fundamentals. From properly shooting the ball to executing layups and passing with accuracy, our goal is to keep things simple and repetitive so the young athletes will build good habits and continue building upon their skill sets.

Payments & register
*Training payments cover a 4-week period, similar to a gym membership. Members can register and start training anytime throughout the month. Payments will be recurring until participant decides to end the plan. Please note that missed group sessions cannot be made up.*
